The role will be to oversee the operation for the caretaking function and managing the caretaking team. You will be required to assist with and help manage the facilities management system together with ensuring all the buildings are open and functional at the beginning of the day and locked and alarmed at the end. Experience of caretaking or premises management, building cleaning or building management is essential.
Good communication skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office applications are required. You must be able to work well as part of a team and also be able to use your own initiative.
The salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Hours of work are 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday with some occasional Saturday and on-call duties on a rota basis.
