for profit business we are driven to deliver the best outcome for service users and communities we serve. We are now
recruiting to a number of roles and are looking for suitably experienced and motivated people who share our values.

Operations Manager

Salary: £33,000 – £35,000
Hours: 37 (Full Time)
We are looking to recruit a person with the experience, skills and energy to drive forward our Home Care business. If you are passionate about making a difference and are looking for a new challenge then we would like to hear from you.
This is a key management role for the group which will lead our care teams, oversee the day-to-day delivery of high quality homecare services whilst promoting respect, equality and the independence of our customers. As the Registered Manager you will report to the Associate Director of Older
People’s Services.
