Customer Service Manager 

Rochdale 

We have an immediate Customer Service Manager vacancy for our client based in Rochdale, this organisation manufacturers homeware, household and garden products that are distributed across the country.

 

As a Customer service Manager you will be responsible for a team of Customer Services Advisors at our clients head office, ensuring that the team are supported in answering all customer enquiries, complaints and orders whilst providing the highest standard of Customer care at all times.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Mange the B2C customer service process, whilst leading and managing a small team of Customer service advisors.
  • Mange the team to ensure all customer queries are responded prometly and efficiently, these include the use of Amazon, eBay, Phone, Email, Web Chat and Post whilst ensuring to adhere to SLA’s Procedures and Policies.
  • Develop and introduce best practice customer service whilst providing training to all team members to enable them to deliver an impeccable customer service at all times.
  • Quality check and monitor all products to ensure customers are receiving the best products.
  • Ability to offer advice to customers, whilst up selling and cross sell when appropriate and place all orders.
  • Ability to support team members by leading from the front and taking on board any sensitive, complex or difficult customer enquiries and complaints.
  • Develop and implement new processes to improve the productivity of the service provided.
  • Build strong relationships with couriers to ensure deliveries of products of efficient and maintain good communication to be able to relay to customers when updating on product deliveries.
  • Ability to process replacements and refunds when applicable.

 

 

Skills and Experience Required

Essential

  • Experience of managing a team
  • Have worked within a B2C customer service environment
  • Experience of using Amazon, eBay when dealing with customer complaints and enquires
  • Call centre or telesales experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Flexible with working hours
  • Excellent analytic skills
  • Experience of using customer service systems

Desirable

  • Worked with Magento Systems
