This year sees Strummercamp move to Oldham RUFC Manor Park Byrth Road Oldham OL8 2TJ A not for profit festival organised by friends and admirers of the late Joe Strummer this years headliners include the likes of Eddie And The Hot Rods (on their farewwell year) The Members TV Smith (of The Adverts) and Urban-Voodoo Machine. Also on the bill are The Kut who have just secured a worldwide record deal and many other.
There is a TNS stage featuring some of the country's best young punk bands a Shanrila stage and an art show. With reasonable priced food including Vegan and beers and a friendly atmosphere second to none it really is the festival to go to.
