One of the greatest benefits of running a website is that it can be accessed by anyone from almost anywhere in the world.

Since we launched the Oldham Chronicle site last year we have been surprised at the number of visitors we have received from outside Oldham and, indeed, outside the United Kingdom.

We have had many enquiries from people living overseas who once lived in Oldham and its surrounding areas, or those who have family connections in this part of the world.
