aged 60, I was born at Boundary Park hospital in 1947, I was married
in 1967 and lived on Thorpe Farm until 1975 when we moved to Cornwall.
Retired in 1997 and moved to Brittany. My mum still lives in chadderton. Most
of my working life was with post Office Telephones and then BT.

Hinchcliffe, age 58, living in St Front la Riviere. I lived
in Mark St, off West End St, and went to Richmond St nursery,
then Grange St. We moved to Prince Edward Ave in Clarksfield and
I went to Clarksfield Juniors then Counthill. When I left to go
to Birmingham University in 1963 I never really returned and went
to live in the North East. In 2000 my wife and I came to live
in France in the barn we bought in 1981. I go back to Oldham occasionally

Forestier nee Payne, aged 40, living in Aulnay sur Mauldre
near Paris. I lived in Glodwick till I was about 12 then moved
to Hathershaw. I've lived in Jersey and Germany and then I met
my husband in Majorca while on holiday. I have lived here since
1986 and we have a son Michael 12yrs old. I love to go home but
sad and angry to see how Oldham has changed and not for the better!!!
