Huddersfield Rd for all my time in Oldham, my parents ran a couple
of pubs on "The Hill" I went to Sacred Heart in Derker
before moving to St Bede's College(1977-82)in Manchester. I moved
to London in 1983 and then to New Zealand in June 2002. My visits
back to Oldham invariably involved doing lots of walking in areas
where there are great clusters of pubs. Fortunately this covered
most parts of the town. I've seen a lot of changes over the years
