ATHLETIC escaped being wound up in the High Court after paying an undisclosed tax debt.
Registrar Sally Barber dismissed the petition, brought by Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs, after being told the debt, believed to be in the region of £20,000, had been settled.
Athletic also faced a winding up petition back in June last year over another undisclosed tax debt. That was also dismissed after they paid the debt in full.
