Pressure totally off us — Stags boss

MANSFIELD Town manager Paul Cox has warned people not to write off his side in tomorrow’s FA Cup second-round clash at Boundary Park.
The Stags have lost six Sky Bet League Two games on the trot, while Athletic went through November unbeaten. Athletic are big favourites to be in the hat for the third-round draw on Sunday.
“Oldham are expected to win,” said the Stags boss. “They are on a fabulous run, the same as the run we started the season with. So we know it will be a tough game, but the FA Cup is a beautiful competition.
“I have had the pleasure of getting to the latter stages and playing some big clubs and causing some upsets. I enjoy it and I hope the lads enjoy it. The pressure is totally off us.”
The Stags will welcome back Jamie McGuire into the squad from a three-game suspension and estranged skipper Adam Murray, following his loan at Worksop.
Key midfielder Chris Clements also looks to have recovered from a bang in the ribs last weekend.
