ATHLETIC have swooped to sign attacking midfielder John-Paul Kissock on loan from Conference Premier outfit Macclesfield Town.

The games ive been to this season is no better than last season your on about building a team for the future in my eyes the club is going backwards not forwards the players sometimes don't look interested with the game clake harris to me is lazy if he loses the ball will not run back for it get rid of him

My first real moan of the season....Pathetic!, 2 non league players?....things are starting to go from bad to worse!.

Swooped for a loanee from Macclesfield! Doh! It just get's worse and worse.

If only it could have been (28 goals for Coventry) "Leon Clarke"..if only we had £750k!!....and is it true that here's another "ATTACKING midfield player" who has scored just 6 goals in 7 (SEVEN) years is 5ft 4inches

The fact that Kissock has been at Everton and represented England at various junior levels, and has played for Southport and Luton, but is now plying his trade at Conference club Macclesfield should set the alarm bells ringing at Latics that the player can't be much good because he is now playing at lower teams each time he moves!
Typical of Latics to sign a mediocre player yet again instead of the prolific goal scorer that they really need!...It could only happen at Latics....Disgusted

Lee Johnson what are you doing, don't tell me Kissock is better than Carl Winchester and other players that are on the sub bench, you said no point in bringing players in that are no better than we've got. And it's strikers we want, we've got plenty of midfield players but you just keep picking the same players give the others a chance because your favourites don't seem to be able to do the job. What happened to Prichard, came on, hit the bar, then back in the reserves some chance he got!

LOL.

how many more dwarfs do we want at this club , conceded 7 goals in the last 2 home games , 1 good 45 mins in how many home games , midfield goes sideways creates nothing for the nobodys up front ,the nobodys up front i wouident pay them in rusty washers, building for the future with what ,still a bottom 6 side ,totaly outplayed tuesday .useless

In this transfer window, the following have gone to League 1 or League 2 clubs Daniel Nardiello to Bury, Jake Cassidy to Tranmere, Chris Dagnall to Orient, Aaron McLean to Bradford, Gary McSheffrey to Scunthorpe, Marlon Harewood to Hartlepool and Paddy Madden tp Scunthorpe. Rooney's wage for one of them or a Macc loanee? No contest for me.

Great work by Oldham's scouts you have managed to unearth a player smaller than the manager ! Get some physique into the team will you !!!!

Well noted Baku and even more worrying LJ has his brown suede high heels on! I'm wondering if we've had a new door fitted at the club with a height restriction of 5'6"?

There seems to be a lot of people shooting from the lip here! I'll let you know if he's a good un once I've seen him play.
