Five charged after Oldham drugs raids

FIVE people have been charged with drug offences following raids in Oldham.
Police targeted five addresses in Chadderton and Failsworth as part of Operation Rescind on Tuesday. The five have since apeared at Oldham Magistrates’ Court.
Anthony Hendry (46), of Lilac Lane, and Irvine Hendry, (42), of Roundthorn Road, Oldham have been charged with supplying Class A drugs. Mark Brady (36), of Equitable Street, Oldham, faces a charge of supplying Class A drugs and abstracting electricity, while Brian Hayes (44), of Redruth Walk, Chadderton, has been charged with the supply and possession of Class A drugs.
Rahal Ali Khan (36), of Bamford Street, Oldham, has been charged with supplying Class A drugs and possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply and has been remanded in custody. A man and two women who were arrested have been bailed pending further inquires.
Since the crackdown started 11 months ago, 46 people have been charged for offences relating to the distribution of Class A drugs across the Oldham area. So far 16 people have been sentenced to more than 43 years in prison.

Flake, are you commenting publicly, regarding cases you are 'involved' in? Perhaps the foundation of your bias comments about lawyers fees needs to be revealed.

Why bother? The courts will do next to nothing sentences will be light, lawyers fees will be high. Get them out as quick as possible so they can come back & generate another set.
Having been involved in a recent case I watched the lawyers run up fees of over £15K which the sentence was pitifully light.
