TAKE your first steps to using computers and the internet with the Failsworth Library’s free online basics short courses every Monday at 10am.


In four sessions, learn to use the keyboard, mouse, send emails and search for information. It won’t be long before you’re browsing the web and keeping in touch with family and friends. For more information, call 0161-770 8000.


THE ante-natal clinic takes place every Wednesday at the Failsworth Children’s Centre, Propps Hall Drive, at 9am. Bookings must be made in advance by calling 0161-770 8398.


LIMEHURST Library is hosting one to one sessions giving household advice and support to anyone over 16 on Friday from 10am. Apply for help, whether you’re a tenant in social housing, private rented accommodation, or an owner occupier. For more information, call 0161 624 0351.

GREATER Machester Police has launched a free cycle marking scheme. The first session takes place at Failsworth School on Thursday at 8am. The next cycle marking event will take place in a fortnight.


RELAX and socialise at the over 60s club, which takes place on Thursday at the Garden Suburbs’ pavilion at 2pm.
