THE family of a missing father is appealing for him to get in contact over a month after he vanished.

Craig Wilcox (28), was last seen at the home of relatives on Norfolk Crescent in Failsworth on January 6.

Craig is described as being of slim build, around 5ft 10in tall and was wearing a grey Super Dry hooded top and blue combat pants when he was last seen. He is known to have links to the Newton Heath area, in particular Crosby Road and possibly Bradford in West Yorkshire.

Police Sergeant Andy Beasley, based at Central Park police station, said: “This is totally out of character for Craig to go missing, he has not been in touch with his friends or family for nearly six weeks now.

“Craig has a young son who he has not seen or been in contact with since he went missing last month and his son wants his dad to come home.”

“Anyone with information should call police on 0161-856 3020.
