COLLECTION box co-ordinators for Marie Curie Cancer Care are needed in the Failsworth area.

The role requires around two or three hours per fortnight collecting and distributing tins around the area. Contact Julie at the fundraising office on 0161-255 2809 for more information.


THE circus is in town this Saturday. The show will be held at the Daisy Nook Country Park from 2-5pm. Look forward to some spectacular juggling and more under the big top. Funds will be donated to Dr Kershaw’s Hospice. For more information visit www.circus-starr.org.uk.


THE community is coming together this Saturday for a fun day from 11am-3pm at the Higher Memorial Park in Failsworth. Unleash your sporty side in a football match and a bowling tournament. Youngsters can also enjoy a climbing wall, bouncy castle, arts and crafts, face-painting, and much more.
