POLICE are urging drivers not to leave unattended cars with engines running while de-icing them, after several thefts of cars over the Christmas period.
Hadrian’s Wall will be the topic at the Failsworth Historical Society’s first meeting of the year tomorrow. Doug Ashmore, from Royton Historical Society, will be the guest speaker at the Broadbent Luncheon Club, from 7pm.
