Silcock’s fun fair is back at Daisy Nook with over 150 rides and attractions from Thursday until April 11.
TAKE part in a sponsored walk with a treasure hunt over Easter to win big prizes. Woodhouses Cricket Club has organised the event on Easter Sunday, which will commence at the club on Medlock Road, to Hartshead Pike in Ashton and back. THE girl guides meet at Hollins Methodist Church, Hollins Road, tomorrow from 6.15-8pm.
LEARN about the artefacts you may have within your homes, at the Failsworth Historical Society meeting from 7pm tomorrow at Broadbent Luncheon Club on Lord Lane.
FAILSWORTH residents can meet with Councillor Elaine Garry about any concerns they may have on Thursday at Failsworth Town Hall from 6-7pm. Councillor Warren Bates will also be at the town hall on Saturday from 10-11am.

A FREE Easter craft fair takes place on Tuesday, April 7, from 1-3pm at Tenants’ Hall, First Avenue. It will provide free crafts for the family. There will also be a free buffet.
