NOTORIOUS Happy Mondays frontman Shaun Ryder will be taking to the stage in Oldham as part of a special northern tour.

He may not warrant the title of national treasure just yet, but he’s certainly become a hero for the common man after his surprise runner-up placing on “I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here!”

Shaun has announced he’ll be touring Tokyo venues in Lincoln, Huddersfield, Liverpool, Manchester and York in November.

He’ll be storming the stage at The Castle in Oldham as part of the Shaun William Ryder Tour, on Saturday, December 17.

Shaun will be performing classic material as well as some new tunes, with £20 tickets available online at Ticketweb, SeeTickets and Wegottickets.
