OLDHAM RL pushed Super League hopefuls London Broncos all the way at Bower Fold.
Scott Naylor's side, who lost narrowly at Featherstone Rovers seven days earlier, gave it their best shot before finally succumbing by a couple of points.
The Roughyeds led 14-12 at the break, but Broncos fought back to claim the spoils.
Adam Clay and Sam Wood went in for Oldham, with Scott Leatherbarrow adding three goals and Dave Hewitt two.
For Broncos, Jarrod Sammut, Andy Ackers, Daniel Harrison and Rhys Williams dived over. Summut added two goals.
