Oldham away win

THE darters of First Bus Oldham face a long trip to Hemsby on the Norfolk coast in the latest round of the National PSV competition.
The four-man team of Geoff Brown, Bob Mort, Nick Cryer and Lee Dearden overcame hosts Halifax 3-1 to be crowned area champions.
Five teams competed in Halifax — Rotherham, Wakefield and Liverpool were the other three — and it was Oldham who came out on top.
The quartet will head to the east coast in February.
