WEIGHTY AMBITION — Joe Callaghan takes the strain in his stride as he lifts a big weight.
He broke three British records on his way to gold at the North-West Powerlifting Championships.
Joe, along with five other members from Viking Fitness Centre, in Lees, have qualified for the national finals next year.
