Darts defeat for women

OLDHAM women are still seeking their first win of their Greater Manchester Summer League darts campaign following their 5-2 defeat at Swinton.

It was their second successive loss and the only winners were Debbie Dunkerley (2-0) and Janet Fox (2-1).

The next game is at home to Halliwell on Sunday, July 13.

Fox and her daughter Shereen Scholes are in action this weekend at the Welsh Open at Rhyl.
