Oldham Alkhair manager Hamida Begum said: "We were greatly concerned by the fires, the impact it had on our Saddleworth neighbours, and businesses.
"In situations like these we are able to assist with hot meals, food, drinks, shelter and volunteers.
"Our thoughts are with the fire crews and the Army, who are doing a terrific job in these awful conditions.
"Our message to them is, you are our real heroes. You put your lives at risk to protect us."
Alkhair volunteers have donated many cases of energy drinks, water, suncream, insect repellent, crisps and breakfast bars.
They are on standby for any assistance required.
