Uppermill embraces a huge night of Hip-hop, House and Happiness!
Date published: 12 October 2023
It proved to be a spectacular, packed-out night of hip-hop, house and happiness at the Uppermill Civic Hall as Graeme Park headlined a very special night of classic tunes.
In association with Oldham-based Credible Media Group's 'Mom's Spaghetti' radio station and PoP Up music, legendary former Hacienda DJ Graeme led a cracking night for well over 200 revellers at the iconic venue.
Mom's Spaghetti Breakfast Show host Graeme was supported on the decks on the night by Becki De Funk and Matt Black.
The night featured plenty of Old Skool, hip hop and R’n’B dedicated tunes to help put a spring in in everyone's step - songs and sounds with real attitude.
It was certainly a night to remember.
"Good times!" was posted on Facebook after the event.
Another added: "We had a fab night, but suffered for it afterwards!"
"Some fantastic tunes - we all had the best night, thanks Graeme and the other DJs," said another.
"For my entire career I’ve been finding good tunes that I want other people to hear," said Graeme.
"The reason I keep doing it is simple: it’s my mission in life to let people hear good music."
