Greater Manchester Police officers want to trace Stephen Andrew.
Andrew (aged 36), from Oldham, is being sought in connection with shoplifting offences.
Anybody with information should contact police on 0161 856 900 or the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
