Oldham man charged after assaulting and 'outrageously' exposing himself to Metrolink staff and members of the public

Police officers and GMP’s Transport Unit located and arrested Carter
An Oldham man has been charged with a number of offences after he 'assaulted and outrageously exposed himself to Metrolink staff and other innocent members of the public'.
A post on the GMP Oldham Central Facebook page read: "Dean Carter of Oldham has been charged for offences relating to the following:
"Police Officers from GMP Oldham District have assisted GMP’s Transport Unit in locating and arresting Carter, who assaulted and outrageously exposed himself to Metrolink staff and other innocent members of the public.
"We will not stand for this behaviour and the GMP Transport Unit with the support of our District teams will continue to seek positive action against anyone looking to commit crime on our Transport Network.”
