The Samantha Jones Trust, the Saddleworth-based children’s leukaemia charity, are looking for support in their quest to provide a 3D Pain Distraction Unit for children undergoing procedures on the Bone Marrow Unit at the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital.
This innovative technology will improve children’s experience when undergoing procedures essential to their treatment, with the unit costing £12,000, TSJT desperately needs your help in supporting their cause.
Their January Sunday Market raised almost £1,000, with February’s event being held this coming weekend ( 25th) at Uppermill Civic Hall, Saddleworth.
Future market dates for your 2018 diary are Sunday, March 25, Sunday, April 22, Sunday, May 27 and Sunday, June 24. All take place between 10am to 3pm, with free entry and free parking.
In addition to this, they will be hosting awareness days at Mossley Co-op tomorrow (22nd) and Shaw Asda on March 22.
Please do show your support and find out about the trust and how to get involved.
