"Welcome to the Halfway House Royton where our moto is fresh is best.

"I took over the pub and restaurant in April 2016 with one ambition, to restore this community pub back to how it used to be serving delicious freshly served food made to order in a warm comfortable environment.

"This pub used to be the heart of the local community and my primary goal is to restore that reputation.

"All of our dishes are freshly made using the best ingredients to order which ranges from fine creative gastro-pub dishes to pub classics.

"So join us for some great food and drink!!"

Garlic Mushrooms in a Cream and White Wine Sauce served on top of a Ciabatta Crostini garnished with Fresh Pea Shoots

Heritage Tomato and Truffled Goats Cheese served with Pickled Candy Beetroot, Olive Oil Croutons and Fresh Tarragon

Smoked Salmon and Haddock Fish Cakes served with a refreshing Mango Salsa and Watercress Salad

Mains

Seabass Fillet, lightly panfried and garnished with Watercress Salad, served with Buttery New Potatoes and a Beurre Blanc Sauce

Chicken Suprema served with a Garlic and Chive Mash finished with a Garlic, Pancetta and Chicken Stock Cream

Chargrilled Halloumi Kebabs with Marinated Peppers and Onions served on a bed of Moroccan Coucous and Chickpeas drizzled with a home-made Mint and Cucumber Yoghurt

Traditional Bread & Butter Pudding served with a delicious home- made vanilla Crème-Anglaise

Creamy Italian Tiramisu topped with a Coffee Bean Foam

Creamy White Chocolate and Orange Crème Brulee served with an Orange semi-gel and Biscuit Tuile
