The Peacock Room has now placed itself amongst the regions fine dining culinary elite and is passionate about using only the finest regionally sourced ingredients to create a variety of sumptuous mouth-watering dishes to ensnare the senses.

Cauliflower Veloute
with cauliflower fritters & truffle oil
Terrine of Ham Hock
with piccalilli & a crispy hens egg
Salmon Ballotine
with smoked salmon blinis & caviar


Main Course

Fillet of Beef,
(cut from the tail end)
with horseradish mash potato, wild mushrooms, baby onions & a red wine jus
Fillet of Pork
with slow cooked belly caramelised onion puree, roast apple creamed celeriac & a cider jus
Fillet of Sea Bream
with tarragon hash brown, warm fennel salad & a mussel & tarragon broth
