Cream of Mushroom Soup, served with fresh bread

King Prawns in a Chilli, Garlic, Butter and White Wine sauce, served with toasted bread

Chicken Liver and Brandy Pate, served with toasted bread and Bramley Apple Chutney

Char-grilled Halloumi, served on a bed of Rucola Leaves with a Lime and Caper dressing

Pan fried Seabass on a bed of roasted vegetables and sautéed New Potatoes

Roasted Chicken Breast, filled with Feta Cheese, Spinach and Garlic, served with Spring Onion Mash and a White Wine, Cream and Porcini Mushroom sauce with a touch of Tarragon

Char-grilled Peppers, stuffed with Rice, Cherry Tomatoes, Goat's Cheese and Red Onion, served with sautéed New Potatoes

Penne Amatriciana, Penne Pasta in a Pancetta, Tomato and finely chopped Red Onion Sauce, with a touch of Chilli and Garlic
