SAMPLE drinks from around the world at the two-day Saddleworth Beer Festival, which opens tonight at Saddleworth Museum (6pm-midnight, 12.30pm-midnight tomorrow).

“AN Evening of Adventure” night takes place at Saddleworth Cricket Club on Saturday, October 11, to raise funds for Oldham Mountain Rescue Team and Mahdlo Youth Zone. There will be guest speakers and a raffle. Doors open at 7pm.
