SHAW-based Limetree Public Relations recently supported a Crompton House School careers fair with help from university students.
Limetree founder Bridget Batty, represented her company and the Chartered Institute of Public Relations North-West at the event, which was held to help students choose GCSE subjects.
Bridget was accompanied by Gemma Trevers and Emma Guy, two masters-degree students from Manchester Metropolitan University who are studying public relations. The visitors spoke about their particular interests, their education routes and university life in general.
Bridget said: “This was a great opportunity to showcase my own business and the wider public relations industry for careers.
“Limetree PR is built on passion for people so to be able to provide support, advice and guidance at such events is very fulfilling — and this extends to providing experience for university students too.”
