Burglary and fraud charges

AN Oldham man has been charged after an elderly man was defrauded and burgled.
Daniel Mather (32), of Longfellow Crescent, Sholver, has been charged with two counts of fraud by false representation and one count of burglary.
He is due to appear before Manchester's Minshull Street Crown Court on November 11.
This is in relation to a report made to police that a Royton man had been defrauded in August.
