Teenager dies after crash on motorway

AN Oldham teenager died after being thrown from the car he was travelling in.
The 17-year-old boy was pronounced dead at the scene following the crash on the M18 in South Yorkshire.
Police said a black BMW left the carriageway and ended up on its roof while travelling along the M18 towards Doncaster from junction one.
The teenager, who is understood to have been a passenger, was thrown from the BMW after it collided with a blue Citroen Picasso that was travelling in the same direction on Saturday night.
Injuries
The Oldham victim has not yet been named.
Two other teenage men, aged 18 and 19, were also in the BMW and they suffered minor injuries during the incident which happened at about 7.30pm on May 13.
Specialist officers are supporting the victim's family.
South Yorkshire Police urged anyone who saw the BMW before the collision to get in contact.
