Artist John strikes gold with his oils

DELPH artist John McCombs has four works in the annual exhibition of the Royal Institute of Oil Painters at the Mall Galleries, London.
He is pictured (right) with former BBC newsreader and Channel 4 “Treasure Hunt” presenter Kenneth Kendal, who opened the exhibition.
Another visitor has been former cabinet minister Michael Portillo, who is a patron of the institute.
