Drugs farm: two charged

A MAN and a woman have been charged with production of cannabis and abstracting electricity.
Thanh Trung Le (52), of Spender Lane, Cheetham Hill, and Yuen Han Lai (42), of Thackeray Close, Manchester, were arrested after the discovery of a cannabis farm in St John’s Street, Werneth, on Monday.
