Pudding on the style!

Date published: 13 August 2009

REGULARS at a Greenacres pub swopped their pints for puddings as they enjoyed a night with a difference.

Customers at the Dog and Partridge, Constantine Street, were invited to take in a home-made rag pudding to be tested by a panel of guest judges.

Local man Karl Shepherd claimed the top spot after impressing the judges with his meaty and moist pudding.

The event was a fund-raiser for children’s cancer charity Kidscan and raised £500.

is this really what news has come to in this town.

and what's wrong with a bit of light-hearted "news" rjsoafc? i know dave and debbie well and they run a tidy pub where people don't have to worry about fights or post-office style queues. it's fun. remember fun? lighten up mate.

rjsoafc, you fool this is good news, good on the dog for raising 500 quid and not just putting on cheap booze and churning out piss heads and puker's.
