Back stab: two face charges

TWO men from Clarksfield have been charged with grievous bodily harm with intent after a 27-year-old man was stabbed in the back.

Sajad Hussain (36), and Babar Bashir (43), both of Elgin Avenue, appeared before Oldham magistrates on Tuesday.

They were charged in connection with an incident on December 6, when police were called to Elgin Avenue following reports of fighting.
