Attack probe

POLICE have arrested a second person, a youth aged 16, in connection with an incident in which a 14-year-old boy was attacked and racially abused in Chadderton.

James Howard had his head stamped on and suffered a broken nose after the attack in Victoria Street by around 20 Asian youths on Sunday.

WOW! thats a 10% success rate, way above the normal performance of the useless brigade, well done lads you've only got another 18 to go - and then secure successful prosecutions.

Being arrested means nothing at all really !!! The police always arrest suspects just to question them.It sounds really good but in reality it is meaningless. I do hope though that they soon find all the cowards involved and then they need to charge them all with attempted murder.10 years in prison might just act as a deterrent .
