I wonder if VM will cough up some compensation for this chap? It would be a decent gesture even if VM's business is not at fault.

i know the injured party who my best wishes go out to and i know that Vance will wll take care of him and his family as i have witnessed him do so many times in the past with frends, staff and even persons who are not so closely asotiated with him when they have suffered misfortune, myself included. Vance feels a sense of duty to take care of people, even if he only knows them a little. i know he will look after him.

Were all of the health and safety precautions adhered to? Or was the profit motive dominant?

I reckon that vance miller will do everything in his power to support this chap even though he isnt his employee. If anyone knows any different then lets hear about it.Until then good luck to the injured chap and i genuinly hope that he gets better soon and good luck to vance miller and all at maple mill.

Surely Mr Miller will have insurance which will pay the accident victim out? Errr, well??

its all very well patting vm on the back but its his mill and his faulty lift the lift gate should not open unless the lift is on that landing,he needs to fix that AND pay compo to the poor guy.
