WOOLAS DECISION REVEALED
Date published: 03 December 2010
Phil Woolas has lost his High Court bid to overturn the election court decision to oust him from his Oldham East and Saddleworth seat.
The court ruling means that he is barred from standing in an election for at least three years.
A by-election will now be held in the constituency ... expected to be in mid-January.
