Knifeman runs wild in petrol station terror

Motorists were left terrified when a knifeman went on the rampage at a Failsworth petrol station.
The man threatened members of the public with the large knife on the forecourt at the Texaco petrol station on Oldham Road as he tried to force his way into cars.
He damaged several parked cars as shocked drivers looked on.
The man ran off in the direction of the Rochdale canal.
Police have issued an efit of the man following the incident on the evening of February 22
He is described as white, 6ft tall and of average build. He was wearing denim jeans and boots with a white trim.
He wore a brown or black bubble jacket over a hooded top. The jacket had a large Union Jack motif on the front.

This guy needs to be caught and quickly, People who run around with knifes arent normal and maybe under the influence of drug or drink.
You can bet your bottom dollar that if anyone had got in his way and had the temerity to harm even one hair on his head Manchesters finest would have been falling over themselves to arrest them!
What would have happened if someone had panicked and run him over? Yep you guessed it arrested and it's only the CPS who stop the Police from laying charges.
No wonder the low lives think they can get away with this kind of behaviour when they're so protected by the state. watch for the pitiful sentence.
My question is, had the driver of the van at the end of the clip actually succeeded in running over this head the ball, would he have been prosecuted ? If the answer is no, I feel other drivers on the forecourt would have beaten him to it. Another question would be, where are the Police? He appears to have been on the forecourt for several minutes and is armed with a large knife running amok! Imagine if any of the cars had been carrying children? Frightening.
There are clearly psychotic and crazy people all around us. I feel I would have had to step on the accelerator and knocked this crazy person over.
What are the statistics on knife crime in Failsworth? seems to me to be a hell of a lot going on.
