Moors girl in rescue drama

AN air ambulance and Oldham Moountain Rescue Team members joined emergency services to rescue a teenage girl from the moors yesterday.
The girl, believed to be with a party of schoolchildren taking part in a Duke of Edinburgh Awards scheme, suffered a suspected broken ankle in a fall.
