Joseph Kershaw celebrates his 100th birthday today
LIFELONG Latics fan Joseph Kershaw celebrates his 100th birthday today.
The war veteran, of Stoneleigh House in Springhead, is having a special party to celebrate the milestone age.
Mr Kershaw, who has four grandchildren and one great-grandchild, has lived at the home for almost five years. He was born at Oldham Mumps, where his father had a barber’s shop, and lived in Lees for most of his life.
Mr Kershaw’s wife and son also Joseph, died some years ago.
