Stolen car rams police van

TWO men were arrested in Oldham yesterday after driving a stolen car into... a police van.
The red Suzuki Swift reported stolen in a recent burglary in Yorkshire, was pursued by a police van in Prince Street.
Insp Paul Walker said: “The car drove straight into the police van and the two men fled, only to be quickly detained. This is a vehicle we have been looking for.”
The two offenders were arrested on suspicion of driving a stolen vehicle.
