RUNNERS will take to the streets of Oldham on Sunday for the 2015 Milltown to Moors Half Marathon.
Up to 500 people are expected to brave the chilly October weather and the challenging hills of Saddleworth for the 13.1 mile event.
From the town centre at 9.30am, runners will make their way through Saddleworth before returning to the town through Lydgate, Lees and Glodwick. Some road closures will occur during the race.
LA record 141 runners have so far completed the double of the Milltown Carnival 7K as well as the Milltown 10K, with the half marathon completing the three-race series. There will be free parking for runners in Bradshaw Street car park from 7.30am to noon.
