Delivery driver robbed at knifepoint

THREE men are being hunted by police after a newspaper delivery driver was robbed at knifepoint in Dobcross.
The 33-year-old victim was unloading papers at around 1.30am a week last Monday near Fold News in Woods Lane when he noticed the front interior light of the van come on. He investigated and was robbed of his phone and £140 cash while the other two raiders acted as lookouts. All three then ran off.
Det-Con Leigh Carnally said: “No one deserves to be put in this situation, and while he was thankfully uninjured it has surely caused some psychological damage due to the terror of being threatened in this way. If anyone saw the victim on his rounds or saw three men acting suspiciously, come forward and assist us.”
