SPIDER takes over town centre shock...
THIS creepy creation is proving a spooktacular attraction for shoppers.
Oldham’s popular town-centre North-West In Bloom display has been given a macabre makeover in time for Hallowe’en. A council competition to name the spider closes today with the winner scooping £50 to spend at The Entertainer toy shop.
Enter at www.facebook. com/loveoldham or send a tweet @oldhamcouncil with the hashtag #OldhamSpider with a name. Parks staff will also discover on October 31 how the display has done in this year’s North-West in Bloom competition. Oldham has been named Best City at the awards for the last five years.
