Elite double header

Manchester Phoenix face Basingstoke Bison in an Elite League double header this weekend.
The matches will give Tony Hand’s fifth-placed team a respite from their cup pursuits which have seen them reach the Challenge Cup Final and have one foot in the Knockout Cup Final after a 4-1 first-leg semi-final win over Newcastle.
Phoenix travel to Hampshire tomorrow (6.30pm) before the return fixture in Altrincham on Sunday with a 5.30pm face-off.
