Di Maria to leave United?

LAURENT Blanc claims Paris St Germain is close to completing the signing of Manchester United midfielder Angel Di Maria.
United’s tour of the United States ended in our early hours as they lost 2–0 to PSG in Chicago. Despite being named in United’s party, Di Maria was not in the squad.
The 27 year old’s whereabouts remain a mystery to manager Louis van Gaal. The Dutchman claimed he had no idea why Di Maria didn’t report for duty in the States last Saturday. “I don’t know where he is,” the United boss said.
Blanc was slightly more forthcoming on the matter. The PSG boss believes the protracted transfer saga surrounding the former Real Madrid player is finally coming to an end.
“We are close to the end,” Blanc said. Reports in France claim PSG will pay around 65m euros (£46m) for the Argentina international, who failed to settle at United last year.
MANCHESTER United’s defensive vulnerabilities were highlighted with ease by Paris St Germain, who sunk Louis van Gaal’s team 2-0.
Blaise Matuidi and Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored at the Soldier Field in Chicago to steal United’s International Champions Cup crown in the final game of the club’s tour of the United States.
