City look the real deal again

MANCHESTER City look a different outfit this season and they continued their winning start in some style at Everton.

Certainly, I’d agree with the newspaper article I read which stated that there’s not a lot wrong at City at the moment.

The way they defended at Goodison Park was awesome.

To a man, the lads put their bodies on the line, making clearances, blocks, tackling hard and generally stifling a good Everton team.

What can you say about City going forward? They are just a joy to watch at times, and that was evident again.

It’s still early days of course, but City look to have got rid of a few little inconsistencies which crept into their game last season.

Everyone is playing will a real togetherness and its looking a bit special right now.

Raheem Sterling has added an extra dimension, too.

He’s positive, quick, and whenever he gets the ball he is another one who draws a real sense of expectancy in the crowd.

The same feeling is there when people like Sergio Aguero and David Silva get on the ball and that’s great for the City supporters.

The next game is on Saturday when Watford are in town.

They’re a new team this season, of course, and they are a decent outfit who are still unbeaten themselves.

But I can only see City securing their club-record 10th straight league win.

I get the impression that Watford won’t know what has hit them if City continue to play like they have been these last few weeks.
